OMTI would like to say a thank you to all its funders both present and past

We are an independent community group, which is also a charity, and is funded by applying to various funding organisations for funding to deliver training to the local community.

OMTI is currently funded by the following

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council have provided OMTI with Transitional funding from the end of our Objective 1 and Coalfields funding in 2008 which runs to March 2009 when new funding will kick-in.

BMBC has also provided OMTI with core funding from their Area Based Grant (ABG) funds from April 2009 to March 2013.

OMTI would like to thank BMBC for both sets funding because without it we might have had to close.

OMTI is pleased to announce that we have been granted funding from Coalfields Regeneration Trust for 2012/2013!

The funding is capital money and becomes available in April 2012.  It is to replace some of our old computer equipment.  This includes 11 new computers, new printers, new scanner and new software.

This will bring our main training room bang up-to-date with the latest equipment and software.
