You learn at your own pace from learning materials provided by the BCS, but you have to come into OMTI to study and take the tests. You dont need appointments to study, just come in when you have some spare time. It would be best to book the test so you can have a quiet environment.

The e-type tests consist of a 5 -minute examination that tests the speed and accuracy of your typing.
There is also an optional 5-minute warm-up test which will clearly indicate whether or not you are ready to take the test for real.
The tests are marked electronically, and therefore you will be presentedwith your result on-screen immediately after you have completed the test.
